SANG-V SWR (Soil, Waste, and Rainwater) reducing wye is a type of plumbing fitting used to connect SWR pipes or fittings of different sizes or types, typically in a system that requires a reduction in pipe diameter or a transition between different materials, while also providing a branch connection. SWR reducing wyes are similar to regular SWR wyes in their basic shape, which resembles the letter "Y".
