Sand Trap

PRINCIPLE OF WORKING

The peripheral inlet go  faster to wards the stock to downside centrifugal movement. Sand with heavy definite weightiness is forced to the outer wall  of the cone and downward  to collect in a trap from here it is separate and removed through a valve towards Reject Chamber with altering discharge. Thus clean stock rises through the middle of whirlpool towards the outlet.

Water injection at the base of the cone maintain the whirl pool deed and assist fibre recovery.

-Well  organized to remove the sand then the predictable sand trap.

-For De- Inking and forward to process, cleans pulp from pulp stock.
