We design and manufacture Sand Casting Ball Valve as per ASME B 16.34/ BS 5351/ API 6D /ISO 14314/ BS-EN-17292 standards. These standards cover pressure – temperature ratings, minimum shell thickness and bore diameter for each size & class. Antistatic devices are built in the Sand Casting Ball Valve stem to ensure electrical conductivity between ball, stem and body.

Fire Safe Designs :

• When Non-metal soft sealing materials are decomposed by plant fire the ball comes into contact with the edge of the metal seat of the body and shut off the line, fluid to minimize leakage through the valve bore
• Flexible lip – PTFE seats are located in grooves well protected against damage and cold flow of seal under pressure. Flexible lip – seats compensate for wear and changes in pressure
• Ball is heart of ball valves low operating due to smooth mirror surface of ball. Controlled Sphericity up to ±0.008” assures long life and provide seat high cycle life
• Higher size ball valves are designed with steam bearings to absorb radial loading on the stem
• Trunion mounted ball provide for higher size and class
• Zero leakage from the gland side due to self adjusting PTFE “V” – Shape Packings
• Soft seating recommended for service Temp.: Up to 220ºC. Metal to metal seating offered for high temperature services
• Specially designed die formed Graphite Packings controlled clearance between stem and gland for low fugitive emissions levels
• Extended Gland provided for low temperature and cryogenic services to conform requirements of BS 6364
• Ball Valves with Trunion supported ball having two floating & Spring loaded seats in closed positions. They provides blockage of flow from both and when the cavity pressure is drained
