Sand and Shot Blasting Machinery

MACHINES are for commercial blasting. Due to rugged construction and dependable service, these machines are easy to handle. Machines are designed for heavy-duty applications and of complete welded construction. All pipe fittings are of flanged type, thereby eliminating wastage of valuable compressed air and avoiding pressure losses associated with treaded joints.

Each unit Consists of :

• Pressure Tank with necessary valves and fittings.
• Moisture Separator with Pressure. Gauge and Drain Cock, Safety Valves.
• Five metre special blast chose with Blasting Nozzle holder.

Moisture Separator:
The moisture separator forms an integral part of the machine. Abrasive Regulator: Tins is designed for accurate control of abrasive hinged construction of top and bottom parts helps easy cleaning when required.

Optional Features:
Machines could be provided with a Pneumatic Remote Control — hand operated — thereby enabling the blasting operator himself to start or stop the machine without the help of a separate machine operator.

Optional Accessories:

• Cover : To prevent moisture and foreign objects entering the Tank while working outside.
• Nozzles : Tungsten Carbide or Ceramic Nozzles for longer life, cast Iron Nozzles can also be used.
• Blust Mask : For operator protection. Pressure regulator, Fiiter and Gauge are fitted.
• Gloves : Hand Gloves to protect Operator’s hands

Air Requirements :
Depending upon the size of nozzle in use, air requirements will vary from 160 to 210 cu. mtrs. hr. it is capable for operation on pressure range 1 — 7 kgs. cms. depending upon various applications.
