• Coriander Seeds
• Chilli
• Cumin Seeds
• Tur Dal
• Turmeric
• Asafoetida
• Rock Salt
• Tamarind
• Bhadraksha
• Amla
• Hiraddaa
• Beheddaa.

Recipe Soak 100 gm Tur Dal for 30 minutes. Add Pumpkin, Drumstick, Brinjal, Onion cuts & boil. Add few chilli powder and 2 Tbsp. Tamarind ,few salt and 2 Tbsp. of Mudita Herbal Sambhar Masala. 2Tbsp. of hot Oil add 1 red chilli, 1/4 Tbsp. of fenugreek seeds, 1/2 Tbsp. of Raie, Curry Leaves, pinch of Asafoetida and add into the above mixture and boil for 2 Minutes.
