The pressure switch f01 has been especially designed for application in mobile machines. The emc characteristics as well as the shock and vibration resistance are selected especially for this area of application. This facilitates application in challenging ambient conditions, such as in the field of mobile hydraulics.
The f01 can be supplied for pressure ranges of 50 to 1.000 bar; in the compensated temperature range, a total accuracy of 2.5% is reached. The max. Permitted media temperature is 125âºc, the ambient temperature is maximum 85 âºc. The parts coming into contact with media are made of stainless steel and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. An optional damping unit can be integrated into the media access. The housing is made of stainless steel.
The pressure switch has an e1-approval and is manufactured using the latest manufacturing methods according to isots 16949. Furthermore, it fulfills the strict requirements of performance level d acc. Din en iso 13849-1.
The excellent priceperformance ratio makes this pressure switch especially interesting for series production. Oem versions can also be supplied.
