Conditions for appointment of dealers:-
for a authorized dealership dealer has to put a purchase order of 200 pieces in a quarter. If the dealer succeeds then a agreement deed will be made between the party and the company. If he fails then there will not be any boundation of dealership.
Refund policy:-
after sale the products will not be returned and the amount won't be refunded.
Payment policy:-
no credits will be entertained. All the payment will in advance the dealer can make a cash payment directly in our current accounts or can give a dd payable at siliguri or can make a neft transfer. There should be a one shot payment breaking of total due amount will not be entertained.
