Crores of rupees are lost each year because of rust /corrosion. Much of this loss is due to the corrosion of iron and steel, although many other metals may corrode as well.

The problem with iron as well as many other metals is that the oxide formed by oxidation does not firmly adhere to the surface of the metal and flakes off easily causing "pitting". Extensive pitting eventually causes structural weakness and disintegration of the metal. Trust is a chemical formulation developed specially to remove rust from the surface of metal and to form a layer to protect rust formation. 

Conventional Method of Removing Rust When iron or steel starts to rust, it will puff up and expose clean metal to the open air, allowing rust to continue to the depths of the metal. If your favorite possession is already rusting and you want to clean it or at least stop the rusting, you have a few alternatives.
