Rust Preventive Oils

Solvent deposited Soft Film Type : N These oils form soft waxy film, can be removed easily.
i)Express RP 1123 :
ii)Express RP 1125: Express RP 1125 Anti Rust formulations is a soft film, solvent deposited, water displacing type, corrosion preventives. These fluids can be applied directly to water wet metal surfaces, where they displace water, leaving a protective film. All these fluids have excellent spreading and they can be applied either by dipping or by spraying. The protective films of all these grades can be removed by wiping off with rags/waste soaked in kerosene/mineral turpentine or by alkaline de-greasents or solvent degreasing methods.

iv)Express RPB 16: EXPRESS RPB 16 is a soft waxy film type, corrosion preventive, containing selected corrosion inhibitors. This fluid has an excellent spreading property and provides a thin uniform protective film. It can be applied by dipping, spraying.
V) Express RPX 32: Express RPX 32 Anti Rust formulations is a soft waxy film, solvent deposited, water displacing type, corrosion preventives. These fluids can be applied directly to water wet metal surfaces, where they displace water, leaving a protective film. Oil Film Type
I)Express RP 630: Express RP 630 is oil film type, light lubricating oil based corrosion preventive, containing selected corrosion inhibitors. This fluid has an excellent spreading property and provides a thin uniform oily protective film. It can be applied by dipping, spraying or circulating.
Express RP 630 is used in places where dry film type of rust preventive creates handling problems.

II)Express ARF 007: EXPRESS AFR 007 is oil film type, light lubricating oil based corrosion preventive, containing selected corrosion inhibitors. This fluid has an excellent spreading property and provides a thin uniform oily protective film. It can be applied by dipping, spraying or electrostatic blade coater. The oil film provides excellent protection in acid fume environment.
Vapor Phase Corrosion Inhibitor : These oils are under development.
