We manufacture Hand Hooked & Gun Tufed Rugs in Wool Cotton, Acrylic, Jute ::in different qualities and constructions. ::All processes are done in house under one roof.
Qualities of Rugs
The entire rug has a loop pile on the surface. COMBINATIONS The rug has a part loop pile & part cut pile on the surface. The entire rug has cut pile on the surface with hand carvings to highlight the colours. We keep a huge library of colors / shades and provide color combinations for our clients choice while customizing. We use both acid and direct dyes only of CIEBA - GEIGY for color brilliance & fatness. The colors are fast to crocking/rubbing, light, dry, and cleaning/washing. ::Latex Backing is used to give durability and body to the rugs which increases the life of the rug and holds the hooked yarns in place. Another canvas backing (optional) in dyed fabric to match the border colour of the rug is optional. All our rugs pass the FF 270 U.S. flammability test.
