Cartridge heater is inserted into close fit hole of dies mould or plates.
Cartridge Heater are manufactured in any diameter and length.
MGO powder insulation assures high Electric strength and fast heat transfer and low oxidation of the resistance wire.
It is used to heat rubber molding dies, hot plates, plastic injection moulds, sealing jaws of packaging & Pharmaceutical machines.
Cartridge heater with built in thermocouple temperature sensors for runner less mould are available.
