System includes conveyor belt, with adjustable speed made of Plate Channel 2 mm thick, roller chain, sprockets & chain supporting system, 3.00 hp Siemens make motor & gear box properly fitted on ms channel frame. Heating drying arrangement at two Hitting Chambers with 2 kw 6 nos heaters for first chamber & 1.5 kw 4 hitters with blower fan 0.5 Hp will be placed at respective stations. 2 fans etc.
Hydraulic power pack with necessary directional control valves, hydraulic cylinders, piping etc.
