Rubber Grooved Spreader Roller is an improved version of polyband and expander roller. The Rubber Grooved Spreader Roller that we offer has a distinct groove pattern over the rubber surface and it is capable of handling delicate films without causing any sort of damage during the whole wrinkle removing process. Rubber Grooved Spreader Roller is widely used on Film Plants for removing wrinkles. It does not damage the film of any gauge because of the resonance effect, which delivers minimum stretch to the film while reducing the contact area between the film and the wrinkle remover.
