Rubber Concept extrusion department supplies tubing, cord, U-section, C-section, or any custom design rubber extrudate as per customer requirement. Rubber Concept can supply practically anything both in small and large quantities. Custom extrusion may be coiled for easy shipping and storage or cut in straight lengths to the desired size.

Rubber Concept specializes in producing rubber extrudate section in sponge rubber, having density less than 1 gm/cc. Rubber sponge section possess better sealing capability compared to solid section.

Rubber Concept has developed special adhesive tapes (PSA), to apply it to rubber extrusion section, for ease of assembly. These rubber extrudates are available with protective liner, upon removal of which extrudate can be sticked to any metal surface.
