Contact SupplierRubber Expansion Bellows are widely used in pipelines that need flexibility in axial, torsional and lateral directions. The product is mainly used in fertilizer, chemical and steel industries. The main feature of the rubber expansion bellows we offer is the capability in absorbing mechanical and thermal vibrations in the ducts and pipe works. These Rubber Expansion Joints are made of Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, Viton and also Natural Rubber. Our Rubber Expansion Bellows are reinforced with specially treated Nylon, Rayon, Glass Fibre and Steel Cord etc by taking care of the designing for perfect balance between movements of Axial, Radial, Torsion, Angular and pressure bearing capacity. Amul's Rubber Expansion Bellows are available in sizes ranging from 1" NB to 72" NB with hydro testing up to 24-bar pressure. Bellows are also available in various customized sizes, to meet the specific requirements of CERTIFICATES.
Rubber Expansion Joints are necessary in systems that convey high temperature commodities such as steam or exhaust gases, or to absorb movement and vibration. The main concept of expansion joint is to provide the continuity between two parts of a structure which are in relative movement because of vibration, thermal expansion or contraction, shrinkage etc. Expansion joints are designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion or contraction and to absorb vibrations. Amul Polymers' Rubber Expansion Joints are well known for exhibiting qualitative features that makes them to withstand harsh weather conditions.
We offer expansion joints and bellows for nuclear and thermal power plants, refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, paper and sugar industries.
