Contact SupplierVulcanization of rubbers by sulfur is an extremely slow and inefficient process. An accelerator is defined as the chemical added into a rubber compound to increase the speed of vulcanization and to permit vulcanization to proceed at lower temperature and with greater efficiency. We supply both primary and secondary accelerators of Lanxess & Nocil that are suitable for both for natural rubber and synthetic rubber compounds. Primary accelerators include: Thiazole - MBT, MBTS etc, Sulfenamides - CBS, etc. Secondary accelerators include : Guanidines – DPG, Thiurams- TMTD, TMTM etc, Dithiocarbamates - ZDBC, ZDEC, ZBEC, ZDMC etc. In addition to accelerators, we also supply ANTIDEGRADANTS / ANTIOXIDANTS : 4020 (6PPD), HS (TMQ), SP Oil etc.
