RPQ 40HD SINGLE HEAD HIGH PRESSURE ADJUSTABLE GEAR MOTOR DOSING PUMP

Above Dosing pump with suction / discharge tubing, foot valve, strainer, injection check valve etc. suitable to dose AQUAFIT / CHLOROTECH - 90 chlorine granular. The fluid is contained within a flexible tube fitted inside a circular pump casing. A rotor with a number of rollers attached to the external circumference and it compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor turns, the part of tube under compression close; thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube. Accordingly, as the tube opens to its natural shape after passing of the cam fluid, flow is induced to the pump. RPQ 40 HD is typically used to pump clean, sterile or aggressive fluid. RPQ 40 HD is least maintenance and leakage free pump as there is on other valves, “O” Rings, seals / packing except to worry about the tube for the fluid being pumped. The tube needs frequent replacement, generally once in 4 to 8 months.
