We offer special Rough Top Conveyor Belts in which top surface is made of wear-resistant rubber has rough impression, thousands of flexible gripping fingers provide superior grip to hold packaged products or units being carried up or down with Higher Inclination Angle upto 35 Degree,Rough Top Belts mainly used to transporting light weight goods, such as sacks, boxes and parcels,packagesbags on steep inclines thereby preventing slippage. It has a cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations. We offer in Two ply and three ply in cut Edge Construction in carcass type of NN and EP fabric.

Features of Our Conveyor Belting
HIGHER STRENGTH: We offer higher strength Belts manufactured with N/N and EP Fabric, In General Duty and Heavy Duty types subjected to tensile loads. In selection Process Choosing the right Strength Belt is very important because conveying material fed scrapers, plows, creates an impact load on the belt.
HIGH WEAR RESISTANCE:Our Conveyor Belts have properties of high Wear and tear resistance, As belt scrapers, plows, and other cleaners create wear as they rub over the belt surface. The belt should thus have a high wear resistance to survive in tough conditions.
LOW ELASTIC AND MINIMAL ELONGATION: As we Know higher elongation in the belt reduces the tension created in the belt. This would reduce the power transmitting capacity , We offer Low elasticity and minimal elongation Belts Confirms to IS 1981 (Part I,II)
FLEXIBILITY: They should have a good flexibility in the longitudinal and lateral planes. In many cases, belts are made to run over many pulleys. The belt material should have the necessary flexibility to mould over the idlers.
HIGH RESISTANCE TO PLY SEPARATION: Belts are made from plies, which are bonded with a rubber element. The bonding of the plies should be such that it doesn’t separate out due to the repeated bending of the belt over the pulleys.
LOW WATER ABSORPTION CAPABILITY: In Beneficiation Plants water gets absorbed by the belt increases the weight of the belt. This would result in increased power consumption and reduced conveying capability. It also gives more dimensional stability of the belt.
SUITABLE WORKING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Humidity, extreme heat or cold. The belt material should be good enough to ensure that it works with optimum results under such working environmental conditions.
