THE PLANT
We have installed the state-of-the-art blow moulding plants at our various production facilities at kashipur (Uttrakhand), Sikandarabad (UP), Gwalior (MP), Raipur (Chattisgarh) and Bangalore (Karnataka) process 12,000 MT per annum. These plants are one of their kinds in the subcontinent, encompassing the complete process in-house. Blow moulding is a highly versatile manufacturing option that allows for unlimited design possibilities. The process starts with a good quality mould that is placed in a moulding machine that has a loading, heating, and cooling area. The process also has a number of inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall.
