Using a dough mixer, the wheat flour dough is prepared and conveyed continuously to the extruder. The dough shaft coming out of extruder is sensed by length and uniform sized balls are cut that move on the food grade PU endless belt conveyors through the rollers to get circular shaped chapattis. These circular chapattis now enter the baking chamber where it is baked on both sides and then puffed finally. The Chapattis produced aresoft & tasty. The product can be served hot.
