Rotary Vacuum Dryer

Rotary Vacuum Dryer works in vacuum condition and is ideally used for drying extracted material during mixing and agitation. The wet feed is charged inside the dryer in form of a batch and is indirectly heated while undergoing agitation caused due to the action of paddle mixing. The solvent can be recovered by condensing the vapors that are generated during the drying operation. 
The Rotary Vacuum Dryers are superiorly used for impeccably drying filter cake, press cake, slurry and various other materials at low temperature that consents to agitation. The dryer has a conventional design, which is incorporated with jacketed cylinder, charge & discharge opening, outboard bearing, counter-weighted hinged discharge doors, internally sealed stuffing boxes, locking devices, internal revolving agitator and dust-tight housing. 
These dryers allow to dry heat sensitive materials at the temperature below boiling points of solvents and water.
