Rotary Type Circular Wire Brush Machiine

RFM series are 4 ~ 8 axes, high precise and reliable spring forming machine. RFM series offers all the same features and benefits of the CSM series with the addition of servo controlled wire rotation system. The rotary wire and quill rotation system offer versatile use of the machine at high speeds with feeding precision & no direction limit.

Servo control rotary wire mechanism rotates around the wire during its spring forming, this increases the forming capability over the 3 axes machine and also reduces the setup time. Multiple optional servo spinners can reduce setup and tooling requirements. RFM offer similar function to the camless machine but at affordable cost. RFM is capable of processing flat wire, square wire, rhombic wire…etc. Optional EA 2nd hook forming station is for high speed production of extension spring.
