Rotary Cup Filling Machine is designed to pack different type of products like Curd, Juice, Jelly, Paste, Jam, etc. in heat sealable cups or glasses. In Rotary Cup Filling Machine, the basic machine remains same, but the filling system depends up on the product to be packed. Different cup sizes (70 to 95 mm diameter and 45 to 105mm height) and quantity (50ml to 400ml) can be packed in the same machine by inter changing some parts. Rotary Cup Filling Machine facilitates to pack two different pack sizes at a time in two different tracks. Rotary Cup Filling Machine consists of the following :

Rectangular structure with SS doors
Six indexing (mechanical ) system
Pneumatic cup dispenser with vacuum system
Pneumatic filling and flow regulation system
Pneumatic lid dispensing and sealing system
Pneumatic ejection system
PLC with color touch screen etc.

Production Capacity

Up to 48 cups for double track machine and 24 cups for single track machine
Filling accuracy Â± 0.2 percent (depends up on the product)
