• The Rotary Airlock Valve is fitted in bag filter where usually negative pressure can be observed.
• The Rotary Airlock Valve is important to ensure that at the powder release point, if there is any air leakage, the powder will not fall over. Rotary Airlock Valve is thus significant from the point of view of controlling the leakage.
• Rotary Airlock Valve comes with a stator & rotor. The connecting radial $ axial clearance is around 0.1 to 0.3 mm.

• A geared motor is provided to spin the rotor. As the clearance between rotor & stator is relatively low, the air leak is very least and it releases only powder.
