Roofing Shingles

Roofing shingles a ceramizing process.The basalt granules of different size are coloured at 6500C and then each single granule will be covered with silicone (glass),a proceeding like for ceramic tiles. Long life of the shingles; long life also because there is no loss of granules.Our colours are "flamed"; this proceeding gives to the roof more structure because of the long flames of colour on the roof and not small spots all over the roof. We use 3-5 colours to produce a flamed colour (flames red contains yellow,black,red and brown granules,always with the same mix given by the computer).
