Umatech Micron roll crushers are normally used as secondary and tertiary crushers where narrow range of product/particle size required, i.e. 0.5mm to 20mm. Working Principle;
Two rollers having same or different diameter are rotated towards each other at the same/different speeds. Material is fed between the gap adjusted as per
product size required. Crushing action takes place mostly shear or pressing the material between two rollers.

• Rings of the rollers are made of mostly wear resistance steel like 13-14% manganese or any other hardened steel, gives longer life of rollers.
• Arrangement of feeding the material exactly at the centre is provided in order to get best results.
