SYSTEM OPERATING DESCRIPTION
The System will utilize 1 / 2 / 3 Robot, each equipped with a High Pressure Plumbing Package to Trim the Part. Operator loads an uncut Part onto the vacuum fixture. The vacuum system will hold part in place. Then the Operator will clear the trimming area and initiate the cycle start at the palm button station. If any of the safety switches are not activated and the vacuum system is running, the doors will close and the robots will begin the trimming cycle. After the robots have finished the cutting process the doors will open and the operator can unload and reload the part, and the process continues.
