Vision inspection is a sole methodology of product examination having capabillity of performing fast, accurate checks on 100 percent of products while packaging, but performing these inspections on sperical, un-oriented containers has long been difficult for the industry.

conventional vision inspection solution for round sperical, un-oriented containers involves use of four or six separate images and evaluating them for results. This requires heavy image processing  set-up and calibration requirement before production start. 

ibos series utlizes specialy designed product orientation system for precise rotation of product to get requisite side infront of camera for image grabing, hence system is capable for various product sizes and a much faster product changeover process.
