Rim Rolling machine, which are suitable for 1mmto 2.5mm cold rolled steel strip and have high production capacity. These are also suitable for production of motorbike wheel rim or all other rolling items. Further, our machine consists of special steel fabricated body mounted on construction MS base platform. Specifications: * Platform fabrication with machining and surphase * Made from EN- 8 shaft, EN-24 gear material * Drive consists of 15-20 HP 960 RPM three-phase standard, which makes motor suitably mounted on rails and connected to the machine * Equipped with gearboxes as center 3 ½†* Shafts are adjustable vertically by control screws, which are provided with hand wheel and lock nut * Incorporated with Denfoss motor drive controller to control the speed of machine as per production
