Rigid Marine Plywood

Aroha Rigid ply is composed with 100% red core high quality veneers. Each and every panel is made with pre-press technology and is bonded at high pressure and temperature with undiluted Phenol formaldehyde resin. It is further treated in a vacuum pressure impregnation plant, using specific preservative to render it resistant to marine organisms.

Aroha Rigid Ply panels are composed using 8×2 core panels of thickness 1.8mm for each layer of core. This ensures that the finished ply has zero core gaps, zero overlaps and zero splitting on nailing or cutting. The panels are finished with 0.4mm thick Gurjan face veneer. It can withstand rigorous climatic conditions, alternate dry and wet weather in deep sea.
