Salient features: - 1. housing is made of aluminium alloy casting. 2. input & output spindle is made from 20mncr5 case carburized & hardened to 52 to 55hrc & finished ground within run-out accuracy of 5 micron. 3. the assemble accuracy of the head is max 10 micron 4. bevel gear is manufactured from 20mncr5 hardened & ground. 5. stopper is provided for right angle head to suit the machine.
