Description
A Ribbon Blender consists of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a set of inner and outer helical ribbons mounted on a central shaft. The rotation of the shaft causes the ribbons to move material both radially and axially, ensuring thorough mixing. The gentle mixing action prevents product degradation and ensures uniformity in the blend. The blender is equipped with a discharge valve for easy removal of the blended material.
