Electroplating units are bench mounted type, compact units which takes care of all plating requirements . it is provided with three beakers, rectifiers to control output voltage and S.S. Anode. Panel of the machine is provided with digital voltmeter and ampiare meter.
Hot plate with temperature controller, and controlled the heater through front up & down Key.
Electroplating units are available in standard steel & p.p. Body.
Rectifier have constant voltage and constant current.
Digital Timer for auto cut off voltage.
Auto and manual controlled through Variac speed.

Your machines undergo following production stages:
Tank, tank covers, Generator Box are fabricated.
Simultaneous with fabrication, Modular tested before being wired in Generator.
Once Generator Box is ready it is under taken for wiring.
Transducers are bonded to tanks.
Once transducer bonding is done, machine is under taken for testing.
After rigorous testing of two days Ultrasonic Cleaner is ready to pack and dispatch.
