Allergic Rhinitis, Common Cold :
These are very common diseases which attack all age group ranging from new born to elderly persons. Allergic rhinitis is a diagnosis associated with a group of symptoms affecting the nose. These symptoms occur when a person breathes in something which he/she is allergic to, such as dust, animal hair, or pollen etc. Sometimes symptoms can also occur when a person eat food that he/she is allergic to.

When these allergens enter the body of the person through nose, Body immune system fights against the external allergen. Due to the over reacting immune system which is sensitive in these persons cause certain symptoms like sneezing, running nose etc.
Causes :
Allergic Rhinitis is caused by certain substances like dust, pollens, animal hair, and sudden change in climatic conditions, various chemical products like cosmetics, perfumes and drugs.

Symptoms
Persons suffering from Allergic Rhinitis and Allergic Bronchitis experience continuous sneezing, mucus flow from nose, breathlessness, recurring headaches and heaviness, swelling of eyes and face.
Food Regime :

• Do’s: Fresh vegetables and fruits like oranges, apples.
• Don’ts: Avoid consuming ice-creams, cold drinks, sweets, tomatoes, peanuts, stale food and sea-foods such as fish, prawn, crab, shrimp and squid.
