We are offering Reverse Pulse Jet Type Dust Collection System, This is the latest type of dust collectors. When suction is created by exhaust fan, dust laden air is drawn into dust collector and it passes through bags. The dust gets deposited on the outer surface of bags and clean air flow through the centre passage of bags into clean air plenum which exits into atmosphere through outlet duct. It uses compressed air to clean the dust collector bags. A series of solenoid valves open and feed compressed air through a manifold pipe that blows down a row of bags, blowing the dust that collects on the outside of the bag down into the hopper. Reverse-air pulse-jet dust collectors are available in bag-type units or in cartridge-type units.
Particles up to 1 micron are released into the atmosphere.
