Result Processing Services

All activities and support is provided for result processing as follows - Punching/Scanning and verifications of award lists - computerized / hand written Conversion of scanned data in Database format Printing of missing Serial numbers of award lists Validation of records/ awards (duplicate check, more than maximum, invalid subjects/awards etc.) Printing of missing lists (three levels) Check-list of hand written award (data on CD) Printing of edit lists (Three levels) including master missing , duplicate / missing / invalid awards, extra subjects invalid subject combination etc. - (data on CD) Updating of edit lists Printing of premoderation statistics, based on subject results Collation of award data Printing of collation discrepancies and updating the same Preparation of test data Result Processing on test data Final result processing on actual data under the criteria/ conditions to be provided by University. Merging of old master with current result to make current master Updating of old master Maintenance of image files
