Contact SupplierCPL Resin Coated Plywood is manufactured using imported Gurjan / Kuring, timber veneer, bounded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin conforming to IS : 848-I974 under high pressure and temperature. CPL Resin Coated Plywood is immune to severe climatic conditions and the effects of cold, warm and boiling water. CPL Resin Coated Plywood is very dimensionally stable and extremely and can be used number of times to save your shuttering cost.
Loading and Deflection : By taking the maximum permitted deflection as I: 270 (viz. 1/2 70 of the span between the bearers). The following data gives the maximum loads per sq. meter :
(a) When the face grain of CPL Shuttering Resin Film Densified Wood plates is parallel to grain bearers.

The above loads apply when concrete is laid on CPL Resin Coated Plywood as in slabs and beams.
