Relay Coils

We specialize in the production of a wide range of relay coils made to custom specifications and varying design parameters. These coils are made with various gauges of magnet wires upto 55 AWG / 0.014 mm dia having high-class insulation and thermal stability ranging up to 240 ° C. To enable us to make these varieties of coils with a fast turnaround, we have a range of machines (CNC Programmable, Electro-Mechanical & Manual). We make coils for both AC and DC circuits with voltages ranging from 1 to 230 volts. Another feature of our coils is the implantation of diodes or suppressor networks for special applications.
