Work Process : The inlet air is further cooled in super cooler in which the hot gas by pass valve matched the operation of refrigerant system to the compressed air cooling load. The cold air is reheated while passing through a pre cooler and saturated compressed air enters the pre cooler, which is then cooled by exchanging heat with atmospheric air. A refrigerant compressor and condenser supplies refrigerant to super cooler through expansion device and heat is transferred from the compressed air to refrigerant in the super cooler. The process cools the air that results in condensation and the condensed moisture is removed by an inbuilt moisture separator and automatic drain valve. The moisture separator removes the condensate by an automatic condensate trap that is auto drain, economical and reliable process of compressed air treatment. The incoming saturated, moist air is pre cooled in the air-to-air heat exchanger by the outgoing dry chilled air that is located in indoor working environment of the process. A greater part of water vapor gets condensed into liquid moisture. Further, moisture separation takes place in the Freon-to-air heat exchanger where air is chilled to a temperature of +2 deg. C. and moisture condenses this temperature, which is termed as pressure 'dew point'.
