Our Rafractory division for the Supply and Installation was established in the year 1995 on receipt of the contract from Ms Sarvesham Construction Company Private Limited Ms. Toyo Engineering India Limited for the Sulphur Recovery Unit No.1of Ms. Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited. We developed our own product Silicaplast Postassium Cement equivalent to Resco APC imported one which was approved by Ms.Toyo Engineering and Mangalore Refinery for the application in monolithic castable lining of Flue Gas Stack of height 71 Meter. Beside this Flue Gas stack for Managalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited we have done the other stack for Tail Gas Heater to the height of 57 Meter with Insulyte monolithic castable.We have been offered the Sulphur Recovery Unit II by Ms. Toyo Engineering India Ltd. for Managalore refinery MRPL-II in 1998 for the refractory lining, Refractory Castable Lining, Refractory Brick Lining , Insulation Brick lining of the material imported from Ms.KTI, Rome for Sulphur Recovery Unit No.I equipments like Waste Heat Boilers, Incineratore,Thermal Reactors. For sulphur Recovery Unit II & III of Ms.Mngalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited the same application also has been carried out by us in the Year 1998-99 for Refractory work with imported material of Ms. KTI, Rome for Waste Heat Boilers, Thermal Reactors, Incineractors etc.

Our Anti corrosion construction division specialises in the design and construction of plants and plant sections were aggressive materials are handled or processed ,in the protection of buildings and structures against corrosion, abrasion and thermal effects through the sales and installations of a wide range of abrasion and corrosion resistance products. Majority of the products are of our own development and manufacture.
Contracting work carried out by our division comprises all aspects of corrosion protects such as under :
Chimneys and flues for aggressive gases.
Lining of vessels, pits and collection sumps ,reactors tanks,silos and autoclaves.
Lining of digestors , bleaching and storage towers ,filters and chests
Lining of pickling tanks and storage vessels.
Lining of Neutralising plants as well as sludge settlement tanks.
Acid Resistant floor and wall finishes in Acid Resistant Bricks/tile or Epoxy monolithic and coatings.
chemical stores and filling areas ,laboratory benches.
Our Range includes :
Acid Resistant Mortars ,Sealing materials, Silicate Cements , Acid, Alkali and solvent resistant cements based on synthetic resins ( Polyester , Epoxy , Furan , Phenolics, C.N.S.L.). Over and above abrasion and corrosion resistant Epoxy flooring compounds , Epoxy monolithic lining materials , Anti corrosive coatings, Bitumen Primer ,Bitumen Mastic Compound .All the materials manufactured are applied or installed by our own personal under trianed Supervisor/Engineer.
