Since it works on the principle of continuous rejection of UV and IR Rays, the roof does not heat up. So the air below the roof never gets hot, keeping the room cool and comfortable. This protect the buildings for a longer period, extending the life of the building. In air conditioned areas, an attractive power saving of up to 40% can be noted during peak summer.

The temperature difference of 8-20 degree can be noted between the coated and uncoated roofs. Life of the coating will be around 6-7 years under standard and normal weather conditions.
