Reflective Roof Coatings

We are offering Reflective Roof Coatings in the market. Cool Coat is an acrylic emulsion with nano-ceramic particles which is applied above the roof. It reflects sunlight that reduces temperature up to 35% in the ambience under the roof. Reflective Roof Coating is a 200% elastic, ready to use paint. Since it works on the principle of continuous rejection of UV and IR Rays, the roof does not heat up. So the air below the roof never gets hot, keeping the room cool and comfortable. This protect the buildings for a longer period, extending the life of the building. In air conditioned areas, an attractive power saving of up to 40% can be noted during peak summer.

The temperature difference of 8-20 degree can be noted between the coated and uncoated roofs. Life of the coating will be around 6-7 years under standard and normal weather conditions. One can walk over the painted surface comfortably. Reflective Roof Coatings can be applied on any type of surfaces like Asbestos, GI roof, aluminum, plastic, poly carbonate roof, RCC roof etc.
Colors : Cool Coat is available in white shade only. This is to improve the reflection power, and to attain maximum result.
