We offer Reel to Sheet Cutting Machine (spur Gear Type). It is built with heavy cast iron side wall and the cutting knives is of WPS with 2 to 3 HP DC motor and control panel to control speed with digital counter. Nylon sandwitch belt with double tightner. Complete gear set to change the cutting length of sheet as per booklet given.With reel stand to carry paper reel or 2 ply reel complete brake and shaft.No cutting variation and no cross cutting is machine.Each machine cut 7 to 10 tonnes material within 24hrs. Machine is suitable for 30gsm to 500gsm easily. Gear Stand also provided with machine to put spur gear.
