Contact SupplierVishwacon Engineers offers worm gear speed reducer. The components are made with professional machines and tools in order to make their dimensions standardised to reach the replaceability. The body is made of 20 grade top quality cast iron; it is provided with targe cooling fins on both sides with maximum surface area exposed to atmosphere for improved efficiency. Before machining, red lead is sprayed to coat the internal and external surfaces of the body. Boaring tools are applied to machine at a time to assure the same centreline and vertical angle of the bearings. Warm shaft: the material of 20 MnCr 5 is treated with high-frequency waves to possess the hardness. The tooth is ground with the professional HMT shaft grinder to decrease the friction. The measure pin is used to inspect to control the accurate contact surface and the requirement of replaceability. Worm wheel: the tooth, which is made of PB2 is formed with the professional (TOZ hobbing) tools machined with precision hob cutters, Bearings: the ball or roller bearings are used in worm wheel with ample capacity so that is can take journal and thrust load. Oil seals; best quality of oil seals is used. |
