Natural Red Oxide Metal Primer, Shelf Life : 6Months

PROTECTIVE COATING THAT PREVENTS RUST FORMATION ON THE FERROUS METAL SURFACE.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Use a brush or a short pile roller for applying Red Oxide. Thinning is not required if applying by brush or roller.

Use Thin primer 10% to 15% by volume with reducer for airless sprayer.

To achieve the right consistency use solvent in little-little quantity.

With a minimum working pressure of 2000 psi spray red oxide primer onto the surface.

Apply 1 coat to provide an adequate base coat to your metal.

Touch dry 15 minutes. To handle 1 hour and recoat time 4 hours.

SAFETY PROCESS: 

 Stability of thinned paint to be used with in 24hrs.

 This product is flammable

 Work in a well-ventilated place

 Keep out of reach of children

 Wear protective clothing like hand gloves and face mask

 Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses

 interior and exterior ferrous metal, anti-corrosion coating designed to prevent rust formation

BBQ, Fire Surround, Garage door, Metal Garden furniture, Metal Railings

Radiator, Economical primer for general steel application, Fire Surround

WHERE NOT TO USE

galvanized or nonferrous metals like aluminium, copper or brass.

Not to be used on Galvanized Iron under very humid conditions.
