The nickel- chromium matrix of Inconel 625 Alloy Hot Rolled Plate has been reinforced by the addition of two elements i.e. - molybdenum and niobium. When the 625 Inconel Strip Tape which has been alloyed with molybdenum and niobium through a solid solution strengthening process, it allows for the alloyed 2.4856 Inconel 625 Foil to maintain high tensile strength properties along with its toughness properties, even at temperatures ranging from cryogenic up to elevated temperatures as high as about 2000°F.
