Reciprocating Plunger Pumps

The system consists of reciprocating plunger pumps driven by an electric motor through reduction gear arrangement built into the pump. Considering the continuous Operation of system all the components are manufactured to very close tolerance & a special grade material is used to ensure consistent performance. The working principal of the pump is very simple and performs non-stop with very high delivery pressure. Grease reservoir having 50 Kg. Capacity, with follower plate. The pump it  is connected to change over valve which has one inlet & two outlets and one return line connection to tank. The outlets of the change over valve are the outlets of the Lubricating system. The pipe of bigger diameter are used to avoid the blocking of the grease.

Arrangement of grease filling pump will be provided.
