Recessed Filter Plate

The Filter Presses with Chambers are known traditional filter press or Recessed Filter Presses. Here in the recessed chamber filter press the pressure is constantly increasing over a period of time because the cake size is increased due to continuous operation of the filter press.

When we observe that the filtrate rate has reduced the cake press is removed and a new batch or cycle starts.

This Chamber Plates are of Polypropylene which operates on standard operation pressures of 6, 15 or 20 bar as per the requirement. The uniform chamber plate during operation form a cake of 15 - 50 mm thick.
