    Process Operation Sheet
    Twine production process include various steps and actions which includes heating,extruding,stretching,net formation, winding and twisting.
    At first most significant task is the selection of raw material proper knowledge of granule properties and heating range is very important to produce desired quality of material. For manufacturing of baler twine most suitable raw material is PP RAFFIA (WOVEN SECK).It gives proper tensile and finishing to twine. For more attractive look materbatchs can be added to give various colors to twine.
    Secondly temperatures play important role in whole process during heating granules in first step it ranges between 2000 - 2450 celcius.Heater machine hopper will be filled with selected granules then screw speed set according to traction rollers speed for desired thickness of sheet. At next blades are set with equal distance between them more the difference between them more the thickness of twine will be. Lesser the difference between them less the thickness of twine will be. We mainly set it according to denier of twine we want to produce.
    Third step which includes stretching is done on hot iron plate whose temperature ranges between 1250 - 1350 Celsius. It gives stretching effect and length to the twine.
    Fourth step is net formation in twine it is done on needle cutter.Net formation has respective relation with speed of traction rollers.It makes twine felt more softer.
    Second last step is to wind the twine on reels.
    Last but not least twisting operation is done in which twisting of twine is done according to the required TPM and parallel to that spool making is in process which ends up to required size and weight.
    Finally spools are closely inspected visually then labeled and packed in clear wrap.Material is now ready for dispatch.
