Reamer Shoe with double / Single valve has reaming capacity to drill through difficulties during lowering of liner. Tungsten Carbide composite facing is provided to negotiate drilling and reaming. Also Aluminum guide is provided.Internal components are constructed of cement, thermo-plastic, and rubber compatible for fast and easy PDC drillable. The float assemblies are tested and rated to API recommended practice 10F. The unique design of the molded rubber seal prevents impingement and erosion of theseals by the circulating fluids, ensuring a positive seal at conclusion of the liner installation.
