Ready Mix Plaster

We supply premixed dry form ready mix plaster cement base mortar with high quality polymer additives. It is specially made for plastering can be used on bricks, blocks, stone and concrete surfaces.it is water resistant with high quality and sustainability.
It is used in place of traditional plastering,it is a convenient and easy to use plaster that is stronger, look smooth and binds better to its base. Prepared with a mix of special binders,fillers and additives. It creates smooth surface which have lesser chance of developing cracks.
It passes through stringent quality control before delivery.it is made with graded sand which enhance durability, easy to use with minimum littering of materials.it require less curing.
Easy to use at site only you have to mix 7 to 8 liters of water and mix it after mixing leave it for approximate 10 minutes for mixture to dilute and remix again and start using.
Appearance is grayish granular powder,
cement used is 53 grade portland cement.
Silt free precisely graded sand.
It give coverage of 16-18 sq.ft. In thick ness of 12mm.
Making plaster thickness more than 12mm, it is advised to make in 2 coats.
Pot life is 1 hour
density is 1.8 kglitre as dry product and about 2.kg litre when mixed with water.
Flexural straingth is more than4nmm2 after 28 days.
Comprehensive straingth is more than 9nmm2 after 28 days (mpa)
shear method more than 1.5nmm2 after 28 days
pullout method mmore than 2nmm2 after 28 days
pull out strength more than 0.5nmm2after 28 days.
